Short Biography
Mukhtar Ahmad is currently doing Ph.D. in the field of Advance System Engineering at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, Bolzano, Italy. he is carrying out his research work at the Sensing Technologies Lab of UNIBZ. The primarily focus of his research work is, the development of Low-powered long range sensor system based on Internet of Things (IoT), having potential application in the field of Agriculture and Health monitoring. He did his Masters in Nanotechnology and Microsystem from The National University of Science and Technology "MISiS", Moscow, Russia (2015-2017) with a scholarship from the Ministry of Science and technology Russia and NUST MISiS; and did BS in Electronics and Communication from CECOS University Peshawar, Pakistan (2010-2014).
Research Areas
The development of low-power Bio-sensors based on Internet of Things (IoT), Spintronics and Memristors.
