Short Biography
Bajramshahe Shkodra obtained Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Chemistry (2015) and Master’s degree in the Field of Analytical and Environmental Chemistry from the University of Prishtina, Kosovo. She completed the fourth semester of her Master’s at Umeå University, Sweden (2017). She obtained her Ph.D. in Food engineering and biotechnology at the Free University of Bolzano-Bozen at the Sensing Technologies Laboratory, with a thesis entitled “Flexible biosensors for biogenic amine detection in food samples”. At the same laboratory, she is currently a research assistant working on the In-Memory Sensing project.

Main research area mainly focuses on design, fabrication, and characterization of biosensors for food and medical application.
