Short Biography

Pietro Ibba obtained bachelor’s degree in Industrial Biotechnologies (2015), and master’s degree in Food Quality and safety (2017), from Tuscia University, Viterbo, Italy. His MSc project focused on the use of NIR spectroscopy and IOT for precision viticulture applications. Currently he is working as a Post-doctoral researcher in Sensing technologies lab at University of Bolzano-Bozen. His current research work is focusing on the development of Electrical Impedance Spectroscopy methods for the characterization of fruit quality.
