Short Biography

Arvind Gurusekaran has done his Masters degree in the field of Printing and Media Technology in a dual degree program from Manipal Institute of Technology (India) and Technische Universität Chemnitz(Germany). His master thesis was on Inkjet prining of conductive patterns on textiles for wearable applications. He has worked at National Centre for Flexible Electronics, IIT Kanpur (India) where he was involved in optimization of conductive and other functional inkjet and screen printable inks. Apart from that his role involved device fabrication of devices such as printed force sensors, printed heaters and RFID antenna as per the internal or external project that was ongoing at the organization. He has also worked at Syndicate RFID (Goa, India) where he has taken the role of handling large scale fabrication of screen printed RFID tags on a Roll to Roll flatbed screen printing machine. At Unibz he is pursuing his PhD where he is into research of additive manufacturing for space based applications.
